Freebsd Desktop 14.3 - nvidia-smi failure

hi all,

I am rather new to FreeBSD so please bear with me :)

My system has an nVidia Quadro P2000. I have installed FreeBSD 14.3 with KDE. (Really like it by the way!)
(FreeBSD JMPC 14.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE releng/14.3-n271432-8c9ce319fef7 GENERIC amd64)

I have installed the nVidia driver confirm the manual:

# pkg install nvidia-drm-kmod
# sysrc kld_list+=nvidia-drm
# hw.nvidiadrm.modeset="1"

rc.conf
linux_enable="YES"
kld_list="nvidia-drm"

The problem:
My Quadro P2000 Fan is making a lot of noise. So I wanted to check the speed and temperature...
$ nvidia-smi
Failed to initialize NVML: Driver/library version mismatch
NVML library version: 580.95

$ pkg info | grep nvidia
nvidia-driver-580.95.05 NVidia graphics card binary drivers for hardware OpenGL rendering
nvidia-drm-61-kmod-580.95.05.1403000 NVIDIA DRM Kernel Module
nvidia-drm-kmod-580.95.05_1 NVIDIA DRM Kernel Module
nvidia-kmod-580.105.08.1403000 kmod part of NVidia graphics card binary drivers for hardware OpenGL rendering

So somehow I think I mixed up my drivers, because I have 580.95.05 and 580.105.08.140300 mixed!

So I removed all NVIDIA packages and did a reboot. Installed again and I find myself with the same situation.
I must do something wrong here, but cant figure it out.

any suggestions would be appreciated!

okee for anyone who also faces the issue, I cam a cross this post: (i will find the link, lost it now)

And to solve the issue I needed to downgrade my driver:

pkg update -f -r FreeBSD nvidia-kmod

This downgraded my driver to the version 580.95.05
