Solved FreeBSD 10 to 11 (or 12) buildkernel fail

Source buildkernel fails on FreeBSD 10 when trying to upgrade to 11-stable, 12-current, or 11.1-releng

Try to update to 10.4 or other previous (than 10.4) 10.x release.

Also, how about your memory usage/total?
 
I had it on 10.4 so, that should not be the problem, also RAM usage should not be the problem, I also was building that on a machine with 32 GB RAM, that's all more than sufficient.
I would rather look into the toolchain. At the moment I am trying to build world first and then the kernel, to see if that improves something.
 
OK, the buildworld first seems to have helped, maybe it was responsible for building a new toolchain.
I now successfully booted into 12-current, I hope it will not get unstable.
