Forums thread 24 hours time format

Hello,

Is it possible to set the time display format to 24h in the threads view?

Example: Today at 2:34 PM becomes Today at 14:34

It's unfortunately not a user setting, it can only be configured for the entire forum. It's linked to the language settings, which is set to US English.
