Can we please improve our RSS feed?

It works fine but instead of sending the latest post of a thread always the first post (OP) is being sent when a thread is updated.

As this has little value of information can this please be changed?

What is missing/preventing this?

What "options" are you talking about?
 
The RSS feed of the forum itself doesn't look like it's configurable.

Where configuration stops, patching begins.

May you honour, that it is far from optimal if the OP is repeated 100 times in a thread, while the latest post is the interesting?

This must be tedious even to XENFORO customers. Shouldn't we help them?
 
On their forums, XF has shown no interest in handling this yet; there are some requests for it there. We're not going to locally patch XF and maintain that patch against upgrades, if that's what you mean.
 
I would like to see all posts in RSS, too. How often do you update forum engine? Every month? I don't think so. It's no so hard to keep up with patching.
