Other Folders moved via FTP into an NTFS mounted drive

I move 2 Folders from Win10 into a FreeBSD NTFS drive but now I have a problem. These folder are listed when I used ls but are not there when I check via ftp. Both of these folder also give me Input/output error. when I try to cd into them.

Is there a way to fix this?

This NTFS drive was mounted using: ntfs-3g -o permissions /dev/ada1p2 /mnt

Now I can't even remove these folders so that I can try again...

This NTFS drive was pulled out of my Win10 PC, it has all my media content that I use for Emby.
 
Read some other threads, looks like FreeBSD is not good with NTFS...will have to revert back to Win10 since my drive has over 7gb of content, not going to format it so it can play nice with FreeBSD...
