Fluxbox save not responding

Hi I have a strange issue. Fluxbox is not saving my configurations. (Theme, toolbar placement, toolbar width percent, tabs etc). Google didn't help a lot

Who owns /usr/home/<user>/.fluxbox/init?

I think that is where that is kept.

I changed them from there and everything is ok now. But is a little silly to do this, every time I want to change something from the moment that I can do it automatically. I run [cmd=]chown -R emberdaemon *[/cmd] on /home/emberdaemon so I guess own to me now. But this didn't change anything.
