File manager for X with FTP?

Hi All

I'm setting up to be nomadic for a while and will be backing up to my hosting server using FTP.

I've got it figured out in Midnite Commander on the CL side and now I'm wondering if there is a file manager for X that will allow me to connect to the FTP server in one panel and have the local drive in the other the way MC will allow.

I'm currently running Mate and using Xfe but it does not seem to have this functionality.

Any suggestions?
