Facebook Live cannot find webcam

In 14.1 I have a webcam that shows up in VLC, Youtube Live, webcamtests.com/check just fine but NOT in Facebook Live from Chromium or Firefox. Does anyone have this working? Is there a trick to it? Thanks!
