evolution "start up" very very very slow.

Hi all:

I got a strange problem.

The evolution mail clien start up very slow, very very slow (15-20 seconds).

How to cope with?

Open a terminal and do $ evolution & (replace the command with the correct one) and look at the output to see what's wrong.

I can't do that, because I deleted evolution and use mutt again.

This is my solution: mutt vim gnupg msmtp fetchmail procmail openssl.

Stable, fast and easy to maintain.

I use vim/mutt/fetchmail...what does msmtp and procmail buy you?

msmtp for send mail out

openssl for gmail's ssl/tls encrypted communication

gnupg for sign encrypt mail

No, I didn't, but I tried balsa that even worse the evolution, when I send a e-mail out and sing it using gnupg, the balsa always say "bad passworld".

I deleted .balsa and set everything again, it is ok.

But, when I run it again, it will say "bad passworld" again. x(

I think mutt is more dependable.
