[Event] FreeBSD at SCALE Conference in Southern California - March 9-12, 2023

Hi FreeBSD Friends,

SCALE is back in Southern California on March 9-12, 2023.

We are a community and volunteer run open source event held each year in the Los Angeles area. This year we have keynotes by Ken Thompson (creator of Unix and Go), Arun Gupta (Intel and CNCF), and Kitty Yeung (Physicist and Artist).

This will be our 20th year running the event and we hope you can join us. While he "L" in SCALE stands for Linux, we have a bunch of FreeBSD content as well; including a full day getting started with FreeBSD workshop lead by Roller Angel and BSD related booths in our expo hall. The FreeBSD Foundation will be present as well.

We have over a hundreds sessions on everything from open data to free culture, systems engineering, security, DevOps, databases and more. Whether you're using open source at work or at home on the desktop we have something for you.

Along side SCALE, you can also pop into DevOpsDay LA or join the Kubernetes community who are running run KCD LA.

FreeBSD community members can get 50% off registration with the promo code BSD.

We hope to see you in Pasadena.

Cheers,
Ilan
