emacs question re: org-mode, publishers

Anyone here handy with org-mode, specifically the export filters? There's a few places in our org-mode generated website where we want to produce HTML from the JSON in our twitter archive, and also, separately, do thumbnailing for referenced images. RN we've got a pretty stock org-export config, but we're willing to install packages if they come recommended

jq is like sed for JSON data - you can use it to slice and filter and map and transform structured data with the same ease that sed, awk, grep and friends let you play with text.
