Doubts about the final installation of FreeBsd

Good morning! First of all I want to apologize because my English is not very good, I hope you can understand my doubts. My intention is not only to install FreeBsd as a personal desktop, but also to program and mainly to be able to virtualize several machines at the same time.I have windows 10 home, my machine is a Lenovo i3 V110,my windows after restoring it to the factory does not work well, when I virtualize two machines at the same time it hangs, I have taken steps to remove load from windows and virtualize without problems, they worked to a certain extent, windows is a drag.I have read about FreeBsd and bhyve, I think it suits my needs better or it won't give me certain problems, I don't mind getting my hands dirty and learning, I have some knowledge of Linux, it won't be new.My first question is about UFS and ZFS, I have read about both, in summary I know that UFS is more "stable", older more unix and ZFS is newer, has more new options and consumes more resources, my question is which one is best for me. My purpose, my big problem is which one to choose, I'm worried that ZFS consumes too much and leaves me hanging (in this aspect I am very ignorant, that's why I ask).Another of my doubts is about the Jails, I know what they are, for example at the moment I have never used a container (I know they are not the same) but in the future I will surely use them and I know that the Jails work better with ZFS.I also doubt what type of desktop to use, most likely use a tiling windows manager like I3wm, it is quite light, I have used Qtile but I don't know if it will give me problems, at least when virtualizing an Arch Linux machine, sometimes Qtile was misconfigured.Does anyone know if it gives many problems when installing bluetooth? My last question about FreeBsd is the languages, but I need keyboards in Chinese, Korean and Japanese (I'm a language student), FreeBsd has Ibus like Linux, can I write and read? (I say read because in Linux I had to put several files in it to be able to read Korean, Thai characters etc. emojis appeared instead of characters)
Sorry for all this long roll,I apologize again for my English!
A cordial greeting to all and have a good day!

"better" depends on who you ask. Both ufs and zfs work well as a general filesystem, zfs has better tools for backup, copy and to check the health of the filesystem and underlying parts.

Unfortunately, nobody else but you can tell which choice is better for you.

Since you don't have the experience yet, my suggestion is to simply try out both alternatives. Install alternative A, spend a few weeks or a month getting to know it, then install alternative B and spend the same time getting to know that.

If you have access to more than one machine to install FreeBSD on, you can test out both alternatives at the same time.

Yes, I more or less understand what you're saying, my final idea is to install freebsd natively. At the moment I've only managed to virtualize it with UFS to learn how to handle the commands and know how Ports and Pkg work, I'll try to make two different machines to see how they behave, thanks for your answer!
