don't try to parse smilies in CMD tags

It is just a thought or a suggestion if you will. I was replying to one thread and I did paste the syntax in CMD tags which resulted in a smiley face. It's tiny bit annoying.
 
I'll have a look, though it doesn't sound like a huge problem. You can always 'Go Advanced;' and disable smileys for the post yourself.

BTW, that man page should be called as [man=9]sx[/man].
