Does not have activities menu after installation of Gnome 3

Is the option "Application Menu" activated in gnome tweaks?

The menu bar is there but no activities options.
Does the dash open pressing the super (windows) key, or when the mouse touches the top left screen corner (hot corner)?

How to access the menu as screenshot?
Press the Alt + F2 keys, enter gnome-tweaks, but the Application Menu setting doesn't affect the Activities button. When suggesting, Alexander88207 might missunderstood the problem. If I'm not mistaken the Activities button, together with the panel, is part of the gnome-shell and there is no setting to turn it on or off, at least not that I'm aware of. It can be replaced with a Application menu from Tweaks, Extensions though, or 3rd party extensions.

You could create a new user and see if this affects the new user as well, or only the current user. I have x11/gnome3 installed, Activities button is at it's place. Maybe a configuration detail in the current users gnome configurations is interfering with the button.
