Solved /dev/cuaU0.init

Can anyone tell me what /dev/cuaU0.init is used for and how to find out its contents?

The handbook is not very helpful.

Go into /etc/syslog.conf and turn on devd logging.
Uncomment Line 32 and 33

Does syslog() need to be enabled/started? I never really use it.

I finally found out what the baud speed is set to.
