Solved Cups missing web interface except 'Main' page

I waded through a complex portmaster upgrade to Libreoffice-6.0.2 and the last bit of fallout is, while I can go to the localhost's cups main webpage, if I click on say 'printers' it goes to ...:631/printers/ but that page is blank. Same with all the other choices except cups.org, which works. Has anyone ever seen this? Printing works fine from various applications so the day moves along but it would be nice to figure this out but I can't.

Well this hurts. I had to re-install an hplip driver but mostly things work now because I "re-trusted" localhost:631 in NoScript. Jeez...
