compile latest driver for nvidia 340 series

Are you sure you need to compile it?
This is the latest version available in binary packages for 13.2-RELEASE

nvidia-driver-340-340.108_3 (340.108 likely is the Nvidia version).

Of course, it would be very helpful to see exactly what errors are thrown.

I think you are right , the port version is 108_4 and the tar downloaded from nvidia is 108
the reason from update is that I have problem with opengl , for example, the
xscreensaver based GL dont work (on nvidia and intel)
I dont know if the problem is from the display driver or other FreeBSD issue
before 13.1 it works fine
 
The port/package installs the exact same driver as you can download from the NVidia site.

I think that is this version of FreeBSD , the only thing I change in mi setup is the motherboard and the procesor(upgrade to core i7) , but the graphic card is the same

It can be anything, updated base system, updated ports, and it's hard to guess unless you provide useful problem description (including logs, reported errors, and any other information you think would be useful).

is the first time that I have to post logs,can you tell me which?
also I notice this when I want to open certain jpg file or all png files
