[cmd]pkg install postfix[/cmd] can't find the postfix user after installing it

Hi,
After doing pkg install postfix, it tells me it is installing the postfix user, then immediately cannot find it. Doing a grep postfix master.passwd shows the user there. Same thing with passwd.
After which the install is not finished. I tried setting permissions on master.passwd to 0644 from 0600 - no luck.
Any thoughts?

Hei, As root, I'm trying to add a new user with adduser but it returnes a strange error when I confirm. Only the group 'anne' gets created, but nothing more. I checked pw for something helpful as it seems like it's pw creating the error and checked /var/log/messages and /var/log/auth.log but...
