Click get transparency after use for 10 minutes

Dear All,
I had installed KDE 5 and it works fine but after use for 10 minutes which every click of GUI return me transparency window. Is it related to RAM issue or graphic card?

My PC is Dell optiplex 380 2GB RAM 250GB HDD.

Please enlighten on this.

I had similar issue on my Thinkpad X61 and on my main workstation until I installed the correct driver for my graphics card and chipset. You may find the following link useful :
