cannot read termcap database: using dumb terminal settings.

Hello, I'm just starting to learn computers and want to try GhostBSD in a VM. I've downloaded the .iso file and have followed the directions in Oracle VirtualBox to set it up. When I first start the machine i get "cannot read termcap database: using dumb terminal settings."This is the results of hitting [enter] when it said " enter full path of shell or RETURN for /rescue/sh: uhub1: 12 ports with 12 removeable, self powered.

Is this a ports question or an install question? This is the first install.
