Xfce Black screen with mousepointer after screen unlock

14.2-RELEASE-p2 on Thinkpad T460s, XFCE4, no display manager, started with startxfce4.

After some time the screen lock is active, and when I touch a key or move the mouse pointer, there is only the mouse cursor on a black screen. I have to ssh in and kill the xfc4-session.

Any idea how to fix this?
