C Bibtex manager for terminal ?

Hello,

There is today " bibcursed - Dominic Tristram, 1999 - 2002 " which is a bib manager (bibtex) for the terminal / using ncurses.

Would you like to make a new or would you know a good one, that is based on C?

what about FLTK light manager for bibtex? by the way...
 
I guess that it would be possible to revemp and to use the fileview code to make a ncurses good ref. manager.
(see my fileview project on github).
