Python 'bi' the Binary editor like vI

If anyone has made an application named "gay" this would be a good thread to advertise it.
Funny, but maybe that 'other' meaning of 'bi' in English is not so obvious to a native Japanese speaker, they probably don't teach that in the 'introductory English' class!
I guess 'be' is already taken... in fact I think there is more than one existing project called 'be' (binary editor).

A suggestion: fygar256 could have called it 'fbe', and never define what the 'f' stands for, as in 'fvwm'. 😁

bi go version has just been released. the problem in terms of speed resolved but smaller functionality then python version.
if you need to edit heavy file, use go version. if need high functionality, use python version.
Good to see a native compiled version, rather than python.

... or maybe bed Binary EDitor ... 😁

Congratulations ! 🎉 I'm sending you strength for what's to come. :genki dama:
edit: i will try it on virtual machine, i have a similar project (not editor but something with hexadecimal representations)
edit2: the header with: offset +0 +1 +2 ... to +F is really pretty, it's make mental calculation easy.

I was wondering if there was anything like a smart binary editor for partition tables which allow you to jump around and show you exactly what lies behind a particular address.

Not sure exactly if I have explained what I am looking for. but when I see a dump of an MBR I can't make out what is being referred to.
