Behaviour with URLs is suboptimal

It works with the MS Windows principle: the computer should be more intelligent than the user and take decisions for him.

If I paste a nake URL, it makes and Anchor with information it gets from the pasted address. No way to get it print just the URL as is.

Use [url=http://example.com]Link to example site[/url] which will look like this: Link to example site
Or something like [url=http://example.com]http://example.com[/url] which looks like this: http://example.com

If you simply paste the URL in a text field the forum software does some magic with it. If you don't like that make the URL explicit as shown above.
