BBCode help page mentions code twice

The BBCode help page on this forum lists [CODE] twice.

[CODE], [PHP], [HTML] - Programming Code Display
...
[CODE], [CODE=option] - Code Listing

It should only mention it once, and it should say what [CODE=option] does.

I think that part is just part of the forum software. We mostly refer to these:

Usage of fonts, colors and what-not is strongly discouraged.
