The above is result of my attempt to attach an image.
what does it mean? :)

Some more: in rules an option advertised to create a personal album. But in my CP I couldn't find "Albums&Pictures".
Is that still available?

I general: not everybody has a website to upload pictures to and post then just an url. How to present pictures more than 97.7K for .jpg and 19.5K for .png?
 
You actually managed to upload a jpg file that's exactly the maximum allowed size for the forums! Haven't seen that before. Anyway: it's ever so slightly too big. Upload a smaller version, or put it on a filehost (imageshack, tinypic, 100s of others).
