Solved Are there no tests for the base system?

Hello,

I was browsing the freebsd src on github to develop my understanding of how things work. And I stumbled upon this: are there no tests for most of the binaries?

I see there is a tests directory but it seems to only have tests for the kernel. Take the fetch utility, for instance, which source lives in https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/tree/main/usr.bin/fetch. I do not see any corresponding directory in https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/tree/main/tests/.

Is the only test in the freebsd base system the test of time?
 
Thanks! I found a simple example with tr. I guess I was just out of luck with fetch and the couple others I tried.
