Jokes aside - as with everything that isn't available as a port: most likely nobody cared about it or needed it badly enough to make a port; or (on the other, darker end of the scale) it just won't run on FreeBSD and the devs are linux-fanboys that are openly hostile towards other operating systems (yes, sadly there are such projects out there...).
Try to compile and run it on FreeBSD, and if it works have a look at the porters handbook rafael_grether already linked. If you put some effort in, you usually will also get plenty of help here in the forums (or the mailing list) if you encounter problems along the way or have any questions about making a port. Just don't expect to be spoon-fed, as that's just not the right and polite way...
