Solved After another packages update (pkg 2.2.1), tor-browser broke.

The essence of the problem: if you try to click the "Attach file..." button in proton.me, then a window opens, you can't select a file, when you try to stretch the file selection window with the mouse, the window "breaks". Sometimes not the entire file selection window appears, but only the window title.
I highlighted all the delights with a red marker.

And what are these little squares instead of letters? I don't use languages other than English in the names of the catalogs.

I deleted the cache and config of the browser itself, reinstalled the browser - did not help.
BEFORE THE UPDATE OF the pkg itself and packages (see the list) this did not happen.
Use X11.

Code:

The problem does not occur if you work with proton.me in Firefox. Only in the Tor browser...
Does anyone have this problem? Or am I the only one who gets exclusive bugs? :)
Moreover, the window ("Attach file...") is distorted in the most arbitrary way.
But you can close this window using the Escape key.

tor-browser --safe-mode
