Adding backend database to AI Agent

Not knowing much (rather nothing) about AI Agents, can anyone say how easy it is to add a backend database to an AI Agent for storing data?

The backend would be postgresql running on FreeBSD.

balanga You're talking about creating an MCP server. There are many online resources and likely some working open source implementations out there.

In other words: if you really have no idea where to start a thread that's not about the base system, post it in General, and an admin or a moderator may move it to a more suitable location.
