stable/15 is the branch from where 15 minor RELEASE branches (15.0, 15.1, 15.2, etc.) are branched off, so minor 15.0-RELEASE is supported until 30.09.2026, and all the other minor releases have their own eol, with the final minor branch (15.4 I believe ) going eol when stable/15 is going eol on 31.12.2029.
The 15 major branch is supported until 2029 (~5 year support). The minor version 15.0 will be EoL 3 months after the release of 15.1 (expected to happen somewhere in 2026). Only the latest minor version of a major branch is supported.
