    Write-Back cache!

    Hi, We are looking to use NVMe SSD as write-back cache just to enhance write IOPS while reads should only be served by backend storage based on HDDs. Is this possible with FreeBSD ? Regards.

    ZFS Modifying/re-building FreeBSD kernel for ESXi NFS datastore

    Hi, so I followed the directions on another site to edit `/usr/src/sys/fs/nfsserver/nfs_nfsdport.c` and then perform `make kernelbuild` and `make kernelinstall` - rebooted (of course). Don't appear to have any difference in transfer speeds with NFS datastore in ESXi (sync set to standard)...
