ssd trim ufs

Hi, I have a FreeBSD box which filesystem on ssd which has the trim-option enabled. Sadly it's a cheap ssd which doesn't support trim. Of course, I could disable it with tunefs, but that doesn't last long. After the second reboot, the filesystem has it reenabled. Is there a way - through...

Not sure if this is the right area but seems appropriate. Using FreeBSD 10.3 as a desktop and have trim support enabled on the SSD drives I use. The drives fully support trim. Do I need to periodically run something like fstrim -v / as I would have on Linux? I ran this command on my Linux box...
