After a hard reboot of a FreeBSD 9.3 system (it was frozen, no KB and couldn't SSH) I received the error:
THE FOLLOWING FILE SYSTEM HAD AN INCONSISTENCY
ufs: /dev/da0 (/users)
Unknown Error: help!
Then it throws me into single user mode.
This is a virtual drive managed by an LSI 9271-8i...
