gnuplot

I just built gnuplot-6.0.4 with: Without LIBS=-liconv I get errors. I suppose that building in linux LIBS=-liconv is not necessary. Why?

Dears, 14.2-RELEASE-p1 Yesterday I ran an innocent pkg update && pkg upgrade and what got updated was libtasn1. After that has been updated, gnuplot refuses to work: ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libtasn1.so.6: version LIBTASN1_0_3 required by /usr/local/lib/libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37 not defined...
