Due to spambot abuse, FreshPorts.org has recently started requiring having an account to use the search feature.
This of course can be circumvented by searching through a third-party search engine using the site: search operator.
You can speed things up by using your favorite browser's search...
If you're also distracted by the rainbow flag in the background on the FreshPorts webpage you can remove it with this custom filter for the uBlock Origin browser extension.

To simplify references to sections within pages for ports, we now have anchors within each page.

I am still a bit new to FreeBSD and I hope I can provide all the necessary information. I am having some troubles with upgrading a port. I am running a Nextcloud instance in a FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE-p2 jail. It is Nextcloud-php74 with Version 18.03.
I tried the upgrade and everything...
Why does it look like FreshPorts.org is stuck in 94' ?
Would be nice to see it have some kind of same layout as freebsd.org forum design.
Im aware that its proably so its easy to load from lots of browsers and so on, but its not very appealing.
Not sure if its the same people hosting the site...
