I have problem when installing, at partitioning i check Auto UFS (as always bsd 11, bsd 12) then GPT GUID Partition table and then:

I have a pool as Raid10 with 10 TB capacity,
I want present a zvol for Esxi as Datastore,
what is your opinion about:
1. I create a zvol with 10TB or
2. I create two or many zvol with different capacity and present them to Esxi?

I thought I'd try a shortcut, rather than build from scratch, so I downloaded, unpacked and made some guesses at (virtual) hardware for the image from https://www.freebsd.org/where.html for vmware.
Booted up, logged in, network is working, but I'm wondering if there is a guide of any kind...
so I followed the directions on another site to edit `/usr/src/sys/fs/nfsserver/nfs_nfsdport.c` and then perform `make kernelbuild` and `make kernelinstall` - rebooted (of course). Don't appear to have any difference in transfer speeds with NFS datastore in ESXi (sync set to standard)...
