My goal is to restrict access to who can ssh into a server using the pam_group.so
I tried these settings into /etc/pam.d/sshd

Just use the parts that are refering to make the access point, you know you can just ignore what you want to use. You don't have to 100% follow how-to :P
Care to make a simple howto of i2p installation ? and why did you not use the port ?

You need to activate the support for PKI in you sshd_config on the server.

Well the message is pretty clear, the driver is not supported in FreeBSD 8. I had the same message trying to install downloaded driver from Nvidia website. I just used the driver in the ports, and everything is fine.
There is at least one thing wrong in your configuration
redirect_port tcp 192.168.1.8:8080 192.168.1.8:80
you are telling natd to redirect incoming packet hitting 8080 port to 80, but you want to opposite.
Incoming packet on port 80 should be redirected to 8080
