It doesn't work. In the FreeBSD installation I've chosen sh (but it seems csh was selected as the default) and I tried this command from errata:
# setenv REPOS_DIR /dist/packages/repos
# pkg bootstrap
and I got this pkg already bootstrapped at /usr/local/sbin/pkg and then (just some test) pkg...
I've download 10.1-RELEASE (CD iso) and installed it in VBox. After entering bsdconfig it attempts to update the repository catalog but it takes too long for an update (40 minutes) and no response.

My host RAM usage 1.2G; another OS in VM 1G plus SQL and IIS usage. I was wrong about idea. It's good for shutting down services but in running mode it got more RAM.

Sorry about this post in here but: to install nvidia graphic I need to go back to text mode but I first set up xorg to run gnome and get access to my USB flash and copy my driver to HDD. How can I stop xorg and go back to text mode? I used the Ctrl+Alt+Fn but it say still xorg running.
