With wecamd 3.9.0.1 I could get my Hauppauge wintv-hvr-930c working for dvb-c and
dvb-t. I did not(yet) get analogue tv working.
To get the wintv-hvr-930c working, the webcamd port has to be reconfigured to build the
drxk module as well.
