I am not sure what the deal was maybe a glitch when it was pulling the ports, but I was able to update the ports collection and that took care of the issue. Thanks for the response Alain.
I have never had a problem setting up perl in the past but it is throwing an error while installing:
unknown keyword postexec: @postexec
I have tried to reset the config and reinstall but I get the same error.
This is a new install on a new box.
I ran the portsnap update this morning and I got an update for py27-acme. When running portupgrade it fails with the following:
py27-Josepy-1.0.1 conflicts with py27-acme installs files in the same place.
Problematic file: /usr/local/bin/jws
I double checked UPDATING, and it has an OLD...
No that wasn't the issue, apparently it was only logging critical issues and not warnings and such. I also turned off the default path so that eliminates part of the issue, and then I found that mod_rewrite in the new install wasn't activated.
Got it back up and running, thanks for the...
Ok I searched through the httpd-error.log file and its not logging for the domain I am having the problem with, so it appears that nothing is being logged for the domain (errors that is).
Here is the config in httpd-vhosts.conf:
<Directory "/home/domain/www">
Options -Indexes...
We had to upgrade our server recently and I think in the process we somehow screwed apache up. I cleared the logs of old stuff, access_log is being logged with everthing, but the error_log is no longer receiving any log reporting. it looks like everything is going to /var/log/httpd-error.log...
I have that what is a little unusual, if I use the htdbm command it works perfectly. If I use dbmmanage to create the file and add the user, it still errors out.
I need to secure a directory on the apache server, so I turned on dbm in the httpd.conf
LoadModule authn_dbm_module libexec/apache24/mod_authn_dbm.so
I created the DBM file, added a simple index.html file and added the following to the httpd-vhosts file:
<Directory "/home/tth/www/data/app">...
Some messages are delivered others are not, and some just seem to enter the webosphere only to disappear.
We can receive mail no problem.
I have checked the logs and the messages say accepted for delivery but the other person never seems to get them....
I've checked the IP addresses...
As a followup, I finished updating the other ports and then figured I'd try this one again, it upgraded without any issues, so this can be closed. Apparently one of the other ports upgrading was needed. I found it strange it didn't tell me which one.
I updated the ports collection tonight and seen that both mysql56-server and client have updates, I checked the UPDATING and CHANGES and didn't see anything of note, but when I run the portupgrade mysql56-server it fails with the following:
-- Performing Test EDITLINE_HAVE_COMPLETION - Failed...
I've been looking for the php71 extension for mysql but can't seem to find it, all I see is mysqli which I don't believe is the same thing...
Anyone know where I can find this in the ports tree?
I just updated the ports tree again today...
I have installed squirremal from the ports tree, and am running into an issue. The logs have the following error message:
PHP Fatal error: Redefinition of parameter $ignore in /usr/local/www/squirrelmail/class/deliver/Deliver_Sendmail.class.php
Not seeing any other issues and this is coming...
