    Check permission on master server. Are you using Bind security feature such as transaction signatures (TSIG)? If so make sure cryptographic keys are correct. Also check ACL. You will find more info in server log files.

    Agreed, but what if you need different type of personality jails (e.g., network server only or desktop only)? You can always use jail.desktop.conf and jail.network.server.conf file without messing with a single file.

    gnome has inbuilt tool called document viewer. It is slim and good tool. The only option I miss is a pdf editor as some stupid government website requires to send reports in PDF format. pdfedit just sucks x(

    You can see the current limits using limits -Hd On 7.x AMD64 it is set to 32GB. I'm not sure about 32bit systems as all servers here runs on 64bit system.
