    What song you are playing

    Probably my favorite feature about xmms2 is the separation of playlists and collections, it's so well thought out and makes organizing music so much simpler. As far as I know, mpd doesn't have this feature.

    Post a picture of yourself

    I'm just wondering how well OpenBSD will run on my T500 with things like ACPI. I probably would be using OpenBSD right now if it had wifi drivers for my card (I went for the Realtek RTL8192SE thinking it was an Atheros chip), but sadly they don't either.

    HOWTO: Nice fonts

    The part I pasted was just the hinting settings for your ~/.fonts.conf. Here's a complete fonts.conf with just the hinting settings: <?xml version="1.0"?> <!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd"> <fontconfig> <!-- Font Display Settings --> <match target="font" > <edit...

    How do FreeBSD users LaTeX?

    For me it's vim and Texlive (I installed it manually). I also prefer to use xelatex because of its excellent support for OpenType fonts.
