So far as I know, O365 uses IMAP to read mailboxes on other servers. SO, set up IMAP on the server containing the mailboxes, and tell O365 the server location and the credentials to use.
So long as this thread stays comparative within the BSD world and doesn't a) devolve into a 100% NetBSD-centric topic and b) doesn't become a "Why doesn't FreeBSD have this?", we'll allow it.
