GhostBSD supports ZFS Boot Environments - so just create new BE called freebsd-14-3 and create new FreeBSD installation there - while not killing your current GhostBSD installation:

Hi,
in the past I used 5500 XT 8GB and upgraded to 5700 XT 8GB.
Currently X11 works well with drm-61-kmod-6.1.128.1402000_2 there - everything works.
Not sure how to help with this 'pro' variant ...
