And they're wrong in doing so. I'm not aware of any language in which a sentence ends with a comma. Or that use periods mid-sentence. Hence why commas are properly used for grouping symbols and periods are used to terminate the whole portion of the number when decimals are required.
Honestly, anybody that has the ability to just download the transactions directly via a program is probably better off doing that. However, this is probably safer if you don't want to manually fix them yourself.
