Solved VPS v. Cloud hosting

I did custom ISO with FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-bootonly.iso and used in-browser console to install like bare-metal (did packages option). Cheapest plan was $2.50 but was IPv6-only (was fine post-install but I'm used to IPv4 for webserver); $1 more has both 4/6. No problems with ssh or scp (with a 60MB file)

balanga not sure where you asked, but on Vultr I could upgrade the VPS plan ($2 IPv6-only -> $3 IPv4+6) without destroying the instance (they note downgrading isn't possible). For that though I just re-created

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't know where to start with IPv6 anyway but have already got started with my VPS from ramnode and am quite happy with the service provided and I get 20GB. This is the minimum plan and would recommend the company to anyone interested in setting up a VPS.
