Music…

When I was ~13, I got my first turntable as a present from dad. I got one LP and few singles with it; I liked singles (more in the next post), but that LP sounded just like stupid noise to me. Few years passed, until I was ~16 when I rediscovered that LP among dad's records collection and I was like "no way that I was so stupid back as a kiddo to not get this 🤦‍♂️"
This is from the LP I'm talking about:

I used to listen to The Look over and over until, a year later, I saw Iron Maiden "Aces High" video on TV and I got hooked on metal for life:

I mentioned how I got hooked on HM (and I am still), but in the mid '90s I went sorta turncoat and got into Psytrance. Although, generally I don't appreciate mixing those genres together, this one is really good, and it always made crowd going totally wild (if for nothing else, it outed us metalheads among tree-huggers).

I always saw it as musical pkill -af *:
Skazi remix of Metallica "Seek and Destroy"

I like the studio version sour times & Glory Box the best. Also live versions of Roads @ Roseland etc.

Must also play Lalo Schifrin's "Danube Incident"!

Thanks for sharing "Danube Incident", IDK about that score, although I live less than a mile (as the crow flies, 1.2 klicks) from a Danube, shame on me.
