Solved What does the video group mean during installation

I'm new to FreeBSD. During installation, I can add myself to the video group. What does that stand for? I know what Wheel and storage stands for, but not video. In linux, this group can be used locally to give a set of users access to a video device. Is it the same FreeBSD.
 
it allow the access of the members of that group to the /dev/dri (direct rendering infrastructure) used for gpu hardware acceleration.
