Use COM3 as primary serial console

Is it possible to make "COM3" a primary serial console, active on boot? In this case, it's a PCI device.

The TTY works fine once booted, but I can't get any logs to show up on it. It looks like comconsole_port is often used. I tried setting it, to no avail.

There's no COM1/COM2 devices set.
